While visiting the West Grand Island Ice Caves I couldn’t help but notice the different colors of icicles. In the cave the icicles were completely white and the ice curtains on the outside edge of the cave were a rich butterscotch color. I really liked the texture of the contrasting ice and their proximity to each other.
While visiting Wagner Falls I couldn't help but stop and admire a beautiful creek along the trail. The creek was nearly swallowed by the massive amount of snow the area received over the winter.
While walking around the Silver Lake Sand Dunes you can find many old trees, but one caught my eye. The tree in the front reminded me of a prehistoric skull.
