If you haven’t been to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, you would think this photograph was taken from a drone but this is one of the many amazing views you can see. I liked that you could see the topography of the area and the rain showers in the distance.
If you look in the water closely, you can see what looks like pebbles in the bottom of the lake. However, I assure you those pebbles are rather large boulders and some along the shoreline are the size of a house. Fall and Winter storms wreak havoc on the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan causing this everchanging landscape in the water and above.
If you slip n slide into the back of Eben Ice Caves you can find this lovely view of the caves.
